• Your property is advertised free of charge including signage if permitted
• All prospective tenants are both reference and credit checked on receipt of any application for your property
• Full inspections with photos are provided when tenants vacate and a walk through is completed with the successful tenant prior to them moving into your property
• Routine inspections with a full report and photos are provided to you at three monthly intervals to ensure your property is maintained to a high standard
• We have a zero tolerance rent arrears policy. If your tenant misses a rent payment our system automatic commences collection in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act
• Our software system can set up payments for our owners to receive their rent at any time during the month to enable them to meet their financial requirements – not just once a month
• As well as your maintenance invoices we can pay your Land and Water rates so all you need to do at the end of the year is give our detailed Income and
• Expenditure Statement to your accountant to prepare your tax return.
• We are available 24/7 for both our tenants and owners to ensure that matters are dealt with in a timely manner
• We can arrange Landlord Insurance for our clients should they require it.
• We can attend Tenancy Tribunal if required.
